Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our tables, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer limited, niche repair support at no cost for the following issues that may occur under normal use:

  • Replacement or repair of lost or damaged rubber stoppers
  • Replacement of rubber floor protectors
  • Minor repairs involving super glue
  • Rust repair if rust develops on the table
  • Paint touch-ups or repainting if the finish begins to chip, peel, or come off

These repairs are provided free of charge and are intended to maintain the quality and longevity of the table.

Exclusions

  • Glass is not included in this repair policy
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered

If you experience an issue covered under this policy, please contact us with photos and a brief description so we can arrange the repair.

Refunds

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of order to cover material and initial production costs.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and the down payment is made, no refunds will be issued, including the down payment, due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our tables.

Materials are purchased and work begins immediately after the down payment is received. For this reason, refunds will not be provided for order cancellations, changes of mind, or preference changes at any stage of production.

Any workmanship-related issues will be handled under our Repair Policy, not through refunds. Approved repairs will be performed at no cost as outlined in that policy.

By placing an order and submitting the 50% down payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

All repairs are excusable if the client is more than a 60 mile radius from the location the product was created.
